CARPROOF was a fast-growing brand who competed with an international Goliath. Speed of delivery and execution were hence a major issue. They wanted more understanding and control of ROI from their marketing spend. We separated media spend into segments based on the consumer buying stage and paired those to site enhancements like landing pages. Clear benchmarks were defined for each segment so that we could then focus on new tactics to move customers “up-funnel” to impact them earlier in the buying process.
